Italian man sentenced to more than two years for ‘aggravated defamation’
updated 10:32 a.m. ET, Wed., March. 5, 2008ROME – An Italian man was jailed for more than two years for putting pornographic pictures of his ex-girlfriend on the Internet and sending them out in more than 15,000 e-mails.The 32-year-old man had created a Web site that appeared to show his ex-girlfriend offering sexual favors and erotic games, with her phone number also on display.
The man, who also sent threatening text messages to the woman and her parents, was accused of aggravated defamation, threatening and violence.
In its ruling, the Milan court said the man had publicized photos and data that should have remained private, and done so without his ex-girlfriend’s consent.
The court sentenced him to 2 years and 4 months in jail. [source]

Um, why are you warning the women? Why don’t you tell the guys not to send out their girlfriend’s pictures? It’s not the woman’s fault if her boyfriend decides to violate her privacy. It’s like telling women not to get raped.. Uh, it’d be good advice if it worked.
First off, being raped is not a choice. Having your boyfriend take nude pics of you, or taking nude pics of yourself to give to your boyfriend is a choice. Comparing apples to oranges.
If the women don’t allow their boyfriends to have nude pics of themselves, then there wouldn’t be any pics for the boyfriend to show off. If a man wants a nude photo of her, she needs to ask herself what kinda guy is he anyways? He’s basically a scumbag anyways, so she shouldn’t even be with him.
At one point in history women used to be the center of morality. See, men are confused little creatures. They always want the sweet woman. When they have the sweet woman, they want the skanky woman. Women need to keep their lady bits to themselves to keep men in line.
Basically, our entire society is going to hell in a handbasket. Young women are taught by society that sexting and kiss other chicks is the way to get a man. Yeah, it will get her a man, for a season, and not the right kinda man. Due to this decline of society, men think that the way for a woman to show her attraction to him is for her to act like a skank. Yeah, he likes it, for a season, then he loses interest and respect for her. Now, men like the chicks who do skanky crap, but don’t respect her. They respect women who keep it to themselves but don’t like them.
